This is us - A strong team with innovative minds

Our history

zw-engineering was founded in Bremen in 2019. With its innovative automation solutions, the company has developed into a reliable partner for its customers in the automotive industry and the machine and plant construction sector, supporting them in their e-mobility projects headed into the future. Customer benefit and customer satisfaction are at the heart of zw-engineering's actions every day. Customers profit in particular from the agile and digital working methods of the teams - especially in complex projects.

zw-engineering's high quality standards are supported by its quality management system, DIN ISO 9001 certification and VDMA membership.

Milestones in the company's recent history include the founding of two further companies in Poland and the establishment of the zw-group. The zw-group now employs 35 experienced engineers at locations in Bremen, Gdansk and Pila and also has an extensive network of partners and suppliers who share its high quality standards. Together with its partners, the zw-group works on both long-term large-scale projects and short-term service jobs - on site at customers' premises worldwide.

Our vision

Through dedicated employees, we create innovative solutions that exceed our customers' expectations, always with a focus on people.

Our mission

In a changing world, we are a reliable partner for our customers. We combine expertise with an agile approach, providing the foundation for planning certainty and measurable success.
We solve shared challenges sustainably as a team. Our team of experts always strives for an edge, opening new possibilities for the future.

Digitalization & sustainability

From zw-group's perspective, the terms digitalization and sustainability are inseparably connected in the context of automation. We therefore rely on strong digitalization to enable sustainable and future-oriented machine and plant construction. This includes our database for task and action tracking, plant simulation using virtual models and the automation of recurring tasks. In addition, the project teams use agile methods wherever possible in their work context.

Therefore the required infrastructure is continously expanded. This approach is sustainable from several perspectives. Virtual testing prevents time-consuming troubleshooting in the real world and thus reduces avoidable waste of resources.

While our customers benefit from the high quality and efficiency within their projects, we also see our way of working as an opportunity to reduce the travel times and time spent on site by our project teams. This enables us to offer our employees an attractive workplace in the future.
